Help Us Advance Respite Services
Want to help advance respite services in South Carolina? There are several ways you can get involved with the South Carolina Respite Coalition.
We have Regional Advisory Councils that advise us on respite needs and activities in their areas of the state. We have councils for the Upstate, Lowcountry, and Pee Dee areas, and are working to form a council for the Lower Savannah area.
The State Committee on Respite provides guidance on state respite policy and activities. Its membership consists of representatives from public and nonprofit organizations as well as individuals with an interest in respite services.
The SC Respite Coalition welcomes help from volunteers with its various activities. If you have experience in areas such as fundraising, communications, social media, public relations, or accounting and would be willing to lend us a hand, we’d like to hear from you. If you have experience in other areas that could assist us, let us know.
If you are interested in helping the SC Respite Coalition through a Regional Advisory Council, the State Committee on Respite, or as a volunteer, please fill out the interest form below or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
